Jobs/Placement Groups

Eventually, we plan to create a reasonable dues structure, and a job bank whose listings will go only to EDPN’s members. Legal placement organizations will be encouraged to take out paid advertising on our website.

At the present time, our membership is free, and we encourage free listings of  job openings and legal placement groups at no cost to those placing the notices.

Do you know of a job opening that someone in our group might be interested in?  Please list it below in “Comments.”

We welcome both advanced and entry-level paralegal jobs, ranging from entry-level litigation paralegal jobs with an e-discovery element to sophhisticated paralegal and litigation jobs where e-discovery constitutes most of the work.  Some of these jobs may carry titles other than “paralegal,” such as “litigation support manager.”

Do you know of a legal placement or employment organization that has a good track record in dealing with e-discovery paralegals? Please list it below in “Comments.”

Please be aware that any comments you place may seem to disappear. That means that they have been sent to the moderator, and will likely be approved within a day or so. If they do not appear within a day or so, please contact us.

Also, any comments not referencing paralegals, e-discovery, or other aspects of the legal profession will be removed by the moderator.

  15. Hello all,

I’m glad to have found this networking site! I have background in both automation controls engineering as well as e-litigation, specifically Summation. I worked both as a document scanner/coder at a document management company (thereby having an understanding of the process beginning from a paper box full of litigation), and then as the Summation go-to person, coordinator, and database manager for a law firm (taking the coded images and creating new case files, upgrading and making sure all 10 offices were running the same versions, providing support for the legal staff, etc). If anyone is looking for someone with such skills in the Cleveland area, please let me know- heather_tollis@yahoo.com. Thank you so much, and best wishes to others looking for work in this rough economy!

    Hello,

I am currently looking for a litigation support position for a friend who resides in Australia, but wants to move to Seattle / Redmond in Washington.

He has a law degree and worked in one of Australia’s top tier law firm for the past 10 years. His litigation support skills is not limited to hardcopy documents (e.g. scanning, data-entry, barcoding), electronic documents (e.g. E-Discovery, Ringtail, NUIX), managing multiple matters and large teams of up to thirty paralegals.

If you are looking for someone with such extensive skills and experience please contact me at sansbuggy@gmail.com.

    Thanks.

    Hello, everyone

I have over 6 years experience as a Bankruptcy Paralegal, I am looking to broaden my legal experience in other areas of the law, specifically Litigation and E-Discovery.

The main reason for introducing myself here today is that i am looking for a company that would not mind working with a Paralegal who has the ‘legal experience’ but not necessarily Litigation or E-Discovery experience. I am looking for a full-time or contract position and will relocate for the the ‘right fit’.

    Please contact me at kmrusso001@gmail.com.

    Thanks,
    Kimberly Russo
